Ever fancied a snack and some music but can’t be bothered to turn on your music player, look for some headphones and then plug it in?
Now a Doritos bag is all you need to save the trouble. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2 has just partnered with Doritos to create a new snack bag which enables buyers to listen to the film's soundtrack while enjoying the delicious chips: an impressive invention for the future.
According to Billboard, the new bag will feature a headphone jack where you can plug your headphones in. People can not only listen to the full playlist, but also control the cassette deck-like panel, and even recharge the bag if they want to repeat the songs.
“The soundtrack to the first Guardians of the Galaxy film was a hit, so we wanted to create a unique way for fans to experience the second instalment,” said Ryan Matiyow, senior director of marketing for Doritos Brands.
“This collaboration across entertainment and music will give fans a new and different way to experience both the soundtrack and Doritos snacks.”
The special bag is a limited edition and has been available to purchase on Amazon from 28th April. While this new Doritos bag is definitely a sensational way to promote the upcoming film and to break the boredom of simply chewing calories in one sitting, it also shows a perfect example of how music can be mingled with other daily products in the future.
